| Close to location of my appointment that I came to town for. Great restaurants in the surrounding are and close to the staples center and Nokia theater. |

| The stay was good. Room was clean and in good shape. A few things that we found funny was that there wasn't any free WI-Fi in our room. Also there was no cable TV. Also there was no fridge in the room and safe. I guess it really didn't matter since you don't spend a lot of time in your room. |

| デラックスを用意していましたが、当日夕方の突然の予約だったにも関わらず５０％の割引と部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。
快適でよく眠れました。インターネットのアクセスがFreeと書いてありましたが有料でした(１２ドル) |

| The hotel was nice. But for the hotel category that it is, I expected a lot more. I was turned off to see plastic cups is what they offer for their guest to use. In room coffee maker & coffee is nothing special. I've stayed at 3star hotels that offered glasses not plastic cups! Their bathrooms needs updating too. Bed is comfortable, room size is adequate. We only stayed overnight and this provided us what we needed, a place to sleep. It is connected to the mall so that was convenient since we needed to buy a shirt for my grandson. Starbucks is offered on site which we found out a bit too late, after asking a staff where to get starbucks coffee, we were pointed to a starbucks coffee shop a block away from the hotel. Don't know why that is when they offer it at the hotel???? |

| nice clean hotel, first floor connects to Macys and shops, food good but no room service available when we stayed which forced us to go out everytime. Bewarw taxi from airport according to legal fares $40 but we were charged well over $60. Otherwise, good location, cannot walk to LA LIVE but cab ride $8 takes only 5 min. |

| Although this hotel ended up working out, but I was really disappointed with our initial experience. We arrived at the hotel around 4:15pm and although check-in is at 3pm our room was not ready. We had an event to attend, and this was the reason we selected the hotel for its close by location, so this put a cramp in plans. What i was more disappointed about was the hotel clerk's reaction to our room not being ready. He offered no apology, no explanation, and really nothing much helpful at all. I asked a few clarifying questions and it was like pulling teeth! After learning our room could take over an hour to be ready, I asked if there was anything the hotel could offer in way of compensation, since at that point we would not have time to check-in and get ready for our event as planned. The clerk's response was "Well what do you want?" and pulled out a voucher. Had I been smart I would have asked for a free night, but settled for breakfast. I am in customer service and not one to complain or ask for things, and had he sincerely apologize, I would have just taken it at that!
They did call my cell when the room was ready, about 5pm and were cordial from there on out, but it was just a disappointing start.
Once in the room, it was clean and a typical hotel room and worked out just fine. It was an easy walk to the Staples Center and downtown bars and easy to get on the highway. |

| A estadia foi boa, hotel com um shopping integrado, muitas facilidades, o unico problema foi o serviço de quarto que era dificil contactar, ao pedir alguem pra pegar as malas não veio mesmo ligando 4 vezes, ao limpar o quarto não colocaram toalhas, sabonetes etc.. tive que pedir de madrugada, mas fora isso excelence. |

| Great hotel. Close to the Staples Center. There was a Macy's connected to the hotel as well as several restaurants downstairs. We were very pleased with our stay. |
